Uzoma Florence Obidike, PhD, is a Career Coach, Trainer, and Corporate Speaker. She is the founder of She Leads Beautifully, where she helps mid-career women in new life seasons transition into more aligned roles by leveraging their professional networks and building career visibility. A passionate community builder, she also curates spaces for connection and growth through virtual Water Cooler Chats and in-person career brunches in Northwest Indiana.
In addition to her individual coaching work, Dr. Uzoma partners with companies and employee resource groups to deliver engaging workshops on personal branding, strategic networking, and career development, helping organizations retain and elevate the talent they already have.
She also serves as Director and Assistant Professor of Undergraduate Career Development at National Louis University in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, she leads the university’s required career development curriculum for all undergraduates, empowering students to access social and economic mobility through intentional career planning, skill-building, and professional exposure.
Dr. Uzoma has graced both local and national stages to lead talks on leadership and career development. Her work has been recognized with multiple honors, including being named Up and Coming Woman in Education in 2019 and a 2025 nominee for the Influential Women of Northwest Indiana Awards.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications and a Master’s in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington, and earned her doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Indiana State University.
