Uzoma Florence Obidike, PhD, is a Career Coach, Trainer, and Corporate Speaker. As the founder of She Leads Beautifully, she helps mid-career women transition into more aligned roles by building visibility and activating their networks. She also creates community through virtual Water Cooler Chats and in-person brunches in Northwest Indiana. At National Louis University in Chicago, she serves as Director and Assistant Professor of Undergraduate Career Development, overseeing the university’s required career curriculum. A recognized leader in career and leadership development, she was named Up and Coming Woman in Education in 2019 and is a 2025 nominee for the Influential Women of Northwest Indiana Awards.
